The Beehive as seen from Sand Beach, Acadia National Park, Maine. This is a wide-field mosaic panorama composed with sixteen photographs. After a night of hiking and photographing the stars, my return to the parking lot was interrupted by the landscape. . . this often happens.

For over forty years I have wandered the world with a camera close at hand, always searching for that "just right" moment to capture.
